Which wholesalers do you find is most competitive? I use a local company called Rifina. Was using edmundsons but don't find there prices that great anymore.

Allways looking for new suppliers if anyone's got any suggestions?

depends on your turnover TBH

and, I dont think anyone can say one is better than A N other, all about what discount you can negotiate personally is what I find,

I actually get a bigger discount off one of my wholesalers than a builder I sub to does, and he gives them about 5times the business I do.

I've used my local Denmans for the last 25 yrs  although I have other accounts I rarely use them .   Denmans like a lot of small contractors instead of a few mega  firms who may take them for many thousands of £££sss .

There are  three Denmans in Birmingham but its all down to your manager what discounts he will offer , the others don't even seem to like you using their branch .

I keep it simple and use 3 local suppliers.

They are all aware of each other and my prices generally keep nice and competitive asthey know the business isn't guaranteed!

I prefer knowing the price of what I'm buying - and some wholesaler will charge what they think they can get away with. Denmans has been great for me - you know what it costs and the own brand stuff is very good.

I have an account with Denmans, as I do buy a few items from them.

Their prices always seem realistic, especially their RCBO prices.

BUT NOT QUITE AS REALISTIC AS MY   RCBO  PRICES!!!
