Whats It Like Working For British Gas As An Electrician?

Views are working for British gas and domestic electrician please? Have you worked for them? Do you work for them?

I've been offered the job!!

Since Heard negative views saying its more about selling stuff than electrician work?

Heard there are hard targets to achieve as far as job times go and sales go?  (Sales not even mentioned in job advert or interview etc)

all BG fitters are expected to 'up-sell', but then I expect my guys to offer additional serices or recommend works when they see a need. They aren't on targets though and have no motivation to sell for the fun of it, it's not the sort of reputation i want for the business.
