Will I Need Sign Off?

I'm going to swap 5 fire rated CFL GU10 downlights (78ml length) for LED equivalents  as its getting harder and harder to find bulbs. Given it's a direct swap will I still need sign off?

Sorry if this has already been asked but I didn't find it when I searched.
