There i was with a van full of scrap cable,metal etc from a refurb job,,,,,,

go to local yard which has opened a few months ago opposite a travellers site

went through all the stuff weighed logged it and got

I've been ripped off in the past when dropping scrap cable in , couple of 7ft tall guys built like brick exterior toilet blocks stand over you and announce that the scales read ..whatever ...and you nod in agreement .

Always go to Mr T now , in Brum .

thing was when weighing on the small scales i knew the approx weight of the cable and it was nearly spot on

on the vehicle scales they were digital and you can see them both ways so fair play
