Is there such a thing on the market for covering my 2 gang socket, protecting cores when my wall get plastered.

Temporary guards for plastering protection have been on the go for a while, Names include yoozyguards and sockitz safety shield, not 100% on my spelling but close enough.
Never used them myself so can’t say if they are any good.

1 isolate circuit
2 remove socket
3 connect cables using wagos or similar
4 plasterer does his bit
5 allow to dry
6 reconnect socket

You do not want the new plaster around the socket 😁

As Murdoch suggests..
Remove your existing socket fronts as plaster will generally mess them up big time..

If you need to keep the circuit live, temp connect the conductors to maintain electrical intergity..
then Something like these?
Could protect the live cables while plasterer is doing his/her thing..
