I think 2 hours labour should be a reasonable charge for your time spent chasing doing their work for them. Or ask for a £100 discount off your fees for the stress caused by their incompetence.

And add to that if you dont hear from them within 14 days it means they accept this and interest will be charged   :slap

or a £400 solicitors cancellation fee

Just tell them that you have it on good assurance that Ms Clancy will be reimbursing you for your duress and time in pursuing their incompetence as she is all for punishing those that do wrong and for improving the service her charity provides.
