Alright! Im 22 and still an apprentice, didnt start untill I was 19. Done the 2330 and 16th ed, working towards the 2356 now and should get the AM2 and 17th ed done this year.

been Enjoying the forums for a while now and thought I'd start posting now!

Welcome to the world of posting Tetley, I am glad you have been enjoying the forum. I do think that is one of the reasons why Admin set it up. Helpful, friendly and enjoyable. Best wishes for you continuing studies, I do hope we don't wait quite as long for your second post?

A woman of many talents knowing more than one language. I did french at school but can't remember much of it. I think there was one av eye vou un cuppa or was that the advert.

I can say certain words in Welsh, german and spanish, and a bit of italian thanks to my mate.

Cant hold a conversation tho.

In my speaking exam I got the words Eltern (parents) and Ente (duck) mixed up and my teacher had to stop the tape as he was laughing so much!

I think with languages you forget if you don't use them. I have forgot most of the french I learnt at school maybe know the odd word like you could not have a conversation. I think it should be compulsory that everyone should speak english it would save a lot of trouble.
