application for elec connection

My second application this year, thanks all for helping with previous question with regards to a new connection app.

Current customer has a hotel on single phase, looking at installing 3phase, on the form from electricity northwest section 4 asks the type of supply required.

Options are ()new connection () additional load () service alteration to existing position and 5 others that im sure arent the right ones.

Would i be correct ticking () service alteration to existing position or would it be classed as ()additional load ?

Its additional load is'nt it , why going to 3PH ?

reply got eaten by the web gremlins...

going 3ph as extra showers being added, and whole hotel is being renovated and rewired.

Will be phoning elec northwest tomorrow, as i can justify both additional load and service alteration to myself, if not to anyone else
