lots of free info. It's really quite simple. earth and nuetral universla to every part of system, Lives just a series of swtiches, some in parallel, some inseries. EG immersion gets swtiched on by controller vis thermostat on hot water tank which prevents it being powered up if water is already hot. Once you suss that bit, it's quite straight forward. Different coloured wires are just to designate which item is being powered eg orange (from memory) is hot water ON
