Hi

One of my storage heaters has just stopped working completely. I've looked at all the other threads and they were of help but I'm not any sort of expert. I've had the heaters about six years and the others are fine. The one that's stopped is in my son's bedroom and his bed is quite close to it. Could this cause the problem? The layout of the room hasn't changed since we've had the heater so could it take this long to cause a breakdown?

Any help would be much appreciated.

The bed could be an issue, may have tripped the thermal cut out. Some are a button that pushes back in, some melt like a fuse and you need to buy and fit a new one.
