Went to fire alarm fault today, didnt get told it was on redcare, completely forgot to look anyway sorted fault, checked system was working just packing up and then trumpton arrive whoops!

You should just tell them you were checking their response time :^O

I worked with an FA engineer who dumped 3 Halon gas bottles in a BT server room when he forgot to set the system to manual before testing the double knock in the server room, that was five figure doh when they came to refill bottles :_|
