downlights help

Evening all. Got a quick one and hope someone can help me. I was browsing on here a while ago and somebody suggested a lighting manufacturer specialising in fire rated downlights called speedlight/safelight/ anyhow something light and for the life of me I cant remember who it was, but at the time I looked at their website and was impressed by their products. So if anyone can help me remember who it was I would appreciate it very much.

I use them probably not cheapest but get over a lot of problems other fire rated downlights have.

Did any one red the esc report on fr downlights failing the test they were supposed to be designed for? Dont think it said which fittings passed tho!
