ECD 1 module 2 pole compact rcbo

Hi, has anybody used these compact 1 module 2 pole rcbo's from Electrical Components Direct? If so are they any good?

I think they are single pole solid neutral, but I could be wrong.

Which probably means that quite a few people like them! Never used them myself, though.

Well what I can say is from the info I was given a few months ago;

• They meet all the requirements with regard to BS's.
  
• The 12 rcbo's of this type I've installed all tested fine.
  
• You'll have loads of space in the enclosure as there are no neutral flyleads to terminals
  
• They have a dual busbar system.
  
• The cost for them is very competetive.
  
• They are produce in Australasia.
  

I used a (TT) cu change on my last NICEIC assessment last week where I'd installed a cu that had only these compact DP rcbo's, the assessor had never seen them before & had a good look over them & was fine with them. He did take the details of the company that supplied them.

did you tell him uncle Albert approved them as they were DP.?
