Hi i have a lighting system in my club but i need to change it so that when the fire alarm goes off the lights come on

Where did you get the information that you "need a delay" on the fire alarm system? Sounds a bit odd to be, TBH.

Also be aware that, in the case of a club, etc, you`ll also need to tie in to the HVAC system, probably the gas supply, and the sound system supplies - they may all have to be isolated in the event of a fire. Contact Regional Fire Officer; they`ll be the ones to tell you exactly what is required, along with Local council - specifically public entertainment licensing division.

All the clubs ive worked in have delays on there system so if smoke from the smoke machine sets it off we have a chance to stop the bells going! Yeh when it goes in to full alarm its got to turn air con off music off and bring on floodlights

Or maybe if known smokie sort of activities are present.......

perhaps they weren't just bog standard "Smoke Detectors"?

Heat.. rate of rise... other... ???????? ?:|
