I'm after a bit of advice.
I am quoting for a full rewire on a house that will be rented out straight after the work is completed.
My question is, will the customers be able to use the EIC as the landlords certificate? It will be a brand new rewire and must therefore comply to the 17th.
Or will they require a PIR once the EIC is done? Which would have no observations and to me would defeat the object of self certification schemes. headbang
Any thoughts?
