Well no not really we have ppe we need to go on training courses to climb scaffolding & work in tight spaces. we have safe isolation procedures and we write risk assessments this list could be endless... Nanny state from cradle to grave.I remember my primary school had a climbing frame in the playground with tarmac underneath it.
I don't recall anyone getting injured.
These days it's all bark chippings or a rubber surface. Poor kids when the cotton wool is removed and they go out into the real world and find out it's a dangerous place,
