I have been having difficulties with the UK Growatt support and don't find him very helpful. Any chance you can provide me with the support email address please.

Check the website for the parent company in China, they are usually quite good at responding to emails, but don't forget there's a time difference.

I used [email protected] and got a reply within hours.

The reply came from [email protected], if the above doesn't work could try that.

Plus I think you can also message them via the service tab of the shine app, but I haven't tried it.
