You can only unlock it if you locked it

You need to go to the BEST ANSWERED post and click the Mark Unsolved Button

If I click unsolve, it says oops something has gone wrong. I also didnt realise that I needed to press solved on the post that solved it, so if it does stay locked could it be unlocked by a mod and best answer be put on steps post please. As for merging, I'm not sure.

Also apologies about spelling in posts on this thread, I've done this on phone and either my thumbs are to fat or predictive text keeps changing it or both.

Wayne

Edit - also just to add, I've tried to unlock on phone and computer, get oops! Something went wrong! On both

The new feature - MArk Solved - Marks the thread with a Best Answer and automatically locks the thread

This is for the reason the thread has come to its conclusion and has been answered

By locking it this stops in the future old threads being dug up and going off on a tangent years later

The OP can unlock it as can admins and mods
But the tangents are usually such fun!

As this thread is now open again, the thread about it being closed is a bit unnecessary. But there are some relevant comments here so I have merged the two together.

I dont NEED insulated tools per say...but i like them..mainly because they are generally red and easier for me to find after ive scattered tools everywhere :)
