Sorry to be picky zee but that'll be the electricity at work REGS not electricity at work ACT as there's no such thing. Revising for 2391 and that was in me revision notes sorry :coat
m4tty, it is an ACT, it is statutory law,
although IIRC it is referred to as a reg, it asks you what regs are statutory and which ones are not, the statutory ones are ACTS of parliment, and therefore LAW.
