IN term of if inaccessible JBs under a laminate flooring,what would you do?

Why do you ned to get to the JB's under the floor? Yes they are supposed to be accessible but I dought you could go into many houses that are more than 10 years old and not find JB's under the floor CJS

make it a limitation that you dont check wiring under floors

If you really need access to them, then floor has to come up
