Just been watching "an idiot abroad". I REALLY dislike Ricky Gervais; but this guy is apparently a mate of his, and they`re sending him to different places around the world - the guy is a class 1 fruitcake.

We can`t decide if he IS who he purports to be; or if he`s actually `acting` the part of a wazzock.

Your thoughts? Or are we the only sad `uns watching this?

I love this programme and really hope he is a little like this, be assured you are not on your own mate, everyone i know is watching it.

Personally cant anything Gervais does but the wife seems to watching this . Ah well to each there own eh.

But thats the thing - neither of us can stand Gervais either, but he`s got this mate/stooge/actor (???) who is the original wazzock. But....is he legit? That is the question?

Well I'm watching it too!, I think there's a bit of play acting though, but he does come out with some corkers

Mind you the in the lead in RG says along the lines of "Karl in the corner is funny, I love to put him in the corner and poke him with a stick", did not RG once state he was bullied at school?

PS never thought RG is/was funny, he did crash and burn on stage at the Wembley concert filling in while waiting for Elton John, now that was funny
