£100 fine for middle lane hogging............ok then ill hog the fast lane instead
overtaking on the inside is commonly referred to as undertaking
undertaking happens very often everyday especially friday afternoons coming out of London
ie; on the M25 and M. The traffic on the motorway is very slow and the inside lane is often moving faster than the traffic on the outside. The traffic can be moving quite fast sometimes and fairly spaced out with the inside lane still moving faster than the outside lane. Nobody complains or cares. So what is the difference in undertaking and at what point does it come objectionable.
I know there is no definition in the Highway Code
