Looks like I am old git compared to the first few "hellos" I just read, I am 46, have my own company, employ other sparks and did my apprenticeship on the 14th Edition!

Only signed up to find out about a storage heater but now I am here I suppose I should contribute.

The good thing about this forum it is full of all sorts of people. Experienced sparks as well as those learning so you get a mixed view on electrics as well as a lot of other things. As an experienced sparks I am sure your input will be very helpful.
