New circuit - Old installation - Certifying

I have added a new circuit to an installation and want to sign it off - As I never carried out the initial work (which is up to current standards 17th), do I just issue an electrical installation cert' etc. for my work only?

A new circuit will need you to do a EIC.

just for your work, just make it very clear in the discription box what work youve actually done and tested (cover you back side)
