Lol, no if the lads want to stop, chat, sit, smoke and read paper 12 times a day or every time I go and look at other jobs or get bits they should have turned the CCTV off ( Internet links! I love them) then I would not have gone and got lights that fit on your head (fishing lights) so that I get a days work out of them or they not getting payed lol
