Old 3-phase service head

These photos are the remnants of an old 3-phase service head located under a stairway in a small Lancashire industrial premises. Replacement to a new 3-phase head took place around 5 years ago. This little lot was found adjacent to the new service head and covered in dust. The old cables are still buried in the floor. I was surprised by 2 phases in one PILC cable and the 3rd phase and neutral in a second PILC cable.
