Outside PIR light - Wiring

Just wanting a bit of advice as i'm having another of those blonde moments :Blushing

When wiring an outside PIR Light is 3C+E used or it just 2C+E?

If integral PIR should only need T&E, if separate either T&E in & T&E out or 3C&E to give switch return.

that would be used with an ovverride switch making the light being able to be used when ever you want
