Pre-Gassed Air Conditioning?

Hi All. I'm an experienced electrician and I've been asked to supply 2 air conditioning units to an office. Would anyone be able to recommend pre-gassed units or would I be wiser to sub contract the job to an AC specialist?

To be honnest i would sub it the pre gassed systems are realy meant for domestic, and only come with about 4m of pipework limiting the distance indoor/outdoor unit can be placed
