Problem With A Cxl24 Dimplex Storage Heater.

Hi,

I have just moved into a flat and have a problem with the heater above.

I want to use it or charge it at night. Now it has 2 plugs connected which I left on all night but there was no charge. I have read the instruction also and nothing is in there to how to set it for night charge.

Please help. Thank you in advance

Make sure that it's turned on, both at the adjacent switch(ed) and at its fuse board / consumer unit.

If it still doesn't charge, and your renting, then call your landlord

It works if I turn it on now. But not sure if I am doing something right when it should come on at night

Do you have a mechanical time clock controlling your economy 7?

More often than not the time clock isn't synched with the real time.....however this has an added benefit that all your electric is cheaper when the e7 is on.
