Hi to you all, once again i need some info/help. I am not a lighting designer & i am aware of my limitations.

I have been looking to upgrade a security lighting system in the large garden of a house. The client has asked if some kind of "James Bond" infrared trigger system can be installed instead of the usual PIR detectors!!

Can any one point me to any suppliers/websites where i may be able to get some more info?

Budget will be an issue.

Please also remember I like domestic work as much as diarrhoea!

You could use a system adopted from an industrial light guard if nothing else comes up!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you all but somes had away with all my electronics. Laptop phone & pad! Dog! would,nt bark if i put a firework up its youknowhat.

Still insurance eh what a life saver.

Thanks for the feed back, i will let you know how i get on.

Ironic getting stuff nicked while installing security systems,

Wondered if the client was thinking about these?

Hope all gets sorted out ok.

Hi Geffers

Have you considered microwave detectors as opposed to a normal PIR? For example, the MWS1/1P from CP Electronics?

Cheers

Paul
