Hi I’ve recently ran in some twin & e cable for lighting circuit and at the last part to pull up through the floor the cable had a slight twist in it. It isn’t badly kinked anywhere or hasn’t got any sharp twists. For piece of mind is this safe?

Thanks for the piece of mind. The length of the cable from A to B is straight it’s only the part from the bottom of the wall to the joist that has a slight twist not a sharp twist.

Reminds me of when I did a semi retirement job doing maintenance at a care home. One of the cleaners used to get the vacuum cleaner flex into the most horrendous tangle. When it wouldn't work one day I told her it was that the electricity couldn't find its way through the knots.
I think she believed me too, though it didn't really change her ways.
