Better not show image 000 and matt burnttree image ( ontop of platform no safey equipment used, and cherry picker scissor lifter no safety equipment used ;) calls for a red card on scissor lift :red card and yellow card on platform area :yellow card :^O :^O :^O ]:) :^O :^O

The worst thing I spotted was the Asda teabags - like drinking washing-up water :coffee

On the issue of the scissor lift if you look into it properly safety equipment i.e harness & lanyard are not required on these

oh  whys that then scouse ?
there is a real lot of debate on this atm,

some sites insist we use em,

some insist we dont,

all above board and in writing to,

some are fall arrest harness, some are fall restraint. some none at all.

typical H&S bull, no one knows how to cover their ass so everyone has a different idea what to do.

cherry picker yes platform nope.

But we had the hse at work the other day spotted someone on a mobile platform and said he should be wearing a harness . the right hand does not tell the left what it is up to in this country.
