STORAGE HEATER PROBLEM

alright guys bit of a problem here i got called to a job with 2 eco 7 storage heaters that wasnt working, basically the 24hr would work but the eco 7 wouldnt switch on, i linked out the eco7 with a temp supply all came on so i presumed it was the service provider problem, edf came and played about apparently but ive got to go back tomorrow as its still not comin on during the night.....what could be the cause?????? headbang

Faulty time switch/Tele switch, need Suppliers Metering guys to sort it.

thats wat edf came to change was the time switch but apparently its not workin again?? no contactor mate either!!

Is it wired via a FCU with a neon. Ask customer if it comes on after midnight or 1am!

Are the input Stats turned up enough on the heaters?

With mild nights heaters won't kick in unless turned up above ambient temp.
