That's almost exactly the phone I use. I buy them in three's for the equivalent of about 7UKPounds each. The thing with them is they have far better network reception that most of the newer fancy phones and you can put it down on site in the knowledge it will be exactly where you left it when you pick it up again later.

I have never had any Apple products, let alone an iphone. I was told you cant turn them completely off nor remove the battery.

you cant, it only goes into hibernation or whatever its called,

it needs to be on all the time in order to send all your data to crapple HQ so they can do their big brother thing,

thats why imo there is no way of removing the battery, a small internal backup battery simply wouldnt last long enough for their snooping.

rectified that for you slips,

even if I dont agree with the fact that an iphart can be turned off, it  CANT, it can only be suspended/hibernated.

Be careful where you source one from eBay, I brought a battery fir the wife's samsung once off eBay, supposed to be new original, turned up as a non original, didn't last five minutes.

You are supposed to charge them up................

I was introduced to them recently, and must admit I liked the functionality - it really was the best `phone I`ve had, for user-friendliness.

Then crapple, in their infinite wisdom, do this ios 7 "upgrade" ( which, by the way, you can`t undo / downgrade again).

Now, though I can make / receive calls...........it doesn`t make any noises at all - i.e. won`t ring, won`t do alarm noises - so I`m somewhat peeved!!!!!

I bought one a while back, from a fellow forumite, thinking they must be good with everyone raving about them,

have radio player on my Android, gets all my LOCAL stations, NW that is, put real radio on the iSH**E , great, except its real radio NE,

it will NOT allow me to change it to NW FFS,

same with every other radio station, its simply a random version of area that it puts on, nothing to do with the fact Im NW,  :shakehead

I used it for a week, the wife has had it since, Im using one of those cheapo samsungs as my work phone,

except Im sure I got it for under a fiver in a tesco offer about a year or so ago,,,,,

now my Android is playing up and I simply want a current version of what I have, a sony x10i,

can I get something similar?

but, its even BIGGER, yer, folks may say only 10mm, it has to fit in my pocket, my pockets havent suddenly got 10mm bigger.!!!!!!!
