I had a guy put in deadlocks on all the load doors, they look like the attachment.

Look up LoomGuard. They're specific to Transits

Those are great and available for most vehicles but honestly they aren't cheap and do they work on sliding side loading doors?

Mt friend decided to buy some and install them himself, IT"S NOT EASY, he's quite skilled and made a pig's ear of it.

"Don't mention pig's ears in front of my giant schnauzer, it makes him restless."

I have them on both sliding doors, they effectively make it impossible to slide them.
