There are various schemes for this , UPYAJUMPA and RIPOFAGEN are the main ones. You have to fill out a certificate to show you have carried out a post mortem on the rat.If you are a Vet like Apache then you can self-certify .Deke

if its a grey squirrel, no notification required. if its a red squirrel, then it must be notifiedNo certs or notification needed?
