how easy is it to terminate the earth shield?

there is a solid core running through. just sleeve and connect this to earth terminal

looking at the information on it, it says it can be used outdoors, so i dont see a problem using it. could even be used in higher risk areas, after all, anything penetrating it has to pass screen first same as SWA
