They do normally require a neutral.

If you loop in and out at the light fitting, you can just take a 3core and earth to the sensor from the fitting, using 2 corrs for line and neutral and the 3rd core as a switch wire back.

I've only fitted the MK ones M4tty . Had no problems with them. They come prewired with a short 3 core flex, L-N-SL so they need a small JB . Something like a 2" hole in ceiling , spring clips like a downlighter hold it in place.

 
Always use the Danlers one my self, they seem to be more flush the others. They also come pre wired with L N + SL.

 
If switching Low Energy a Danlers CAPLOAD may be required. The 2 Wire square plates can be ceiling mounted but are a lot bigger and not as flush as the round version.

 
Had problems with the CP ones and have crappy connections, stick to danlers even though im loosing faith with some of their products.
