Dimplex Duoheat storage heater not hot it morning? Help!!

Hello,

I have two Dimplex Duoheat storage heaters in my house, both of which have worked perfect for 2 years. Yesterday the main one in the living room was barely warm whereas the other one was perfectly hot as normal? I tried the old favourite of turning it off and on again and hoping for the best but this morning it was still not hot. The front panel of the heater is hot but it is the main background heat that is not working? I did the diagnostic check and it passed so I don't know what the problem could be?

Did anyone alter the charge and heat release settings Luke?

Further, do these things have a room or space thermostat?
