Try actually measuring the supply voltage at the installation. Then you will know whether to calculate for 230V or 240V. Just because somebody behind a desk somewhere decided overnight we are now "230V" does not affect the real supply voltages. 245V is quite common around here.

Also once connected measure the current. I'll bet it will actually be lower than the theoretical current due to circuit impedances.

I'd go with a 40A MCB to start with and measure the actual current, and then decide if it's okay to leave a 40A MCB in there.
