I`d estimate that of all of the c/u`s I see that have been fitted by registered sparks, only about 20% have a schedule of test results anywhere near the c/u............

I think you will find its just a copy of the circuit schedule required as the NIC software enables you to print of for this purpose.

The NICEIC do produce some nice self adhesive mini ones of the circuit schedule, approx 100mm X 80mm
