I have been handed a contactor by my brother in-law who works on farm dryers/conveyors & one of his farmer customers removed this asking if it can be replaced. He has kindly brought it to me:| :shakehead & asked if I could replace it. All I know about it's use is it is used to run socket outlets in a workshop that can be turned off by a key switch & I assume E stops.

I freely admit I rarely work with contactors & auxilary modules so due to the age of the unit, I have a question for our longer serving members in the trade..... about one of the removable modules on the side.
I've been told by Eaton this module is a rectifier.

This module (under the clear plastic)I wanted to know if anybody had a part number/name for....Eaton tec line said it was the coil A1 & A2 terminals.

(as I always say to others put your thoughts first & others will help so....) I think it is for the use of E stop/key reset, as it has no function until the contactor itself is energised & the auxilary contact terminals are closed or opened?
Any pointers on a replacement?
Thanks.............now I'm off to trwal google for part numbers..
