Aye Rip it out and stick some 4 core SWA in.

Seems along run for 10mm with little future expansion.

I'd shove some 16mm in for the small extra outlay.

Thanks Sine. Did consider it, but:

1. The feed is supplying the spraying & baking booth direct - do seperate DB.

2. They REALLY want to keep cost down. Ergo the 3 core DNO cable.

3. The FS at the booth is only 20A/phase. Can`t allow much over that anyway, as the garage DB is heaving as it is. Probably have to sub it just to make space for the breaker.

On that point, I`ll have to take a photo of the DB when I`m there. They`ve been DIY adding to the install. No cover on DB (at all!!), cables coming from all over the place.

Am I looking forward to that bit of nonsense...........NOT:_|
