Tends to only happen with the small shop owners

I wish that were true with one of my clients, a multi-million pound company. Re-development work had closed a large part of one of their sites, but as soon as the flooring was down and the new roof was up they wanted to open it up for trading just as we were starting to install the lighting. We then had to close large areas off in this newly opened area to the public anyway to do our work.
