Anybody know the going rate for renting

(1) A single room with shared kitchen/bathroom

(2) A property with 2x bedrooms 1x living room 1x kitchen 1x bathroom

Only asking because I might be evicting somebody today who I think are taking the preverbial P out of my parents (dont normally get involved in these family disputes, but mother has called for a helping hand)

In their property the parents rent out (to another family member) ;

two bed rooms

one bathroom with shower & bath (not shared)

& they give use of:

The lounge with sky tv

The kitchen

The study

Wash machine/tumble dryers

All that for

We are fitting out self contained bedsits in N London ( Kilburn) right now. They are finished to a high spec, but still only 1 room with a small shower/toilet room off. They are being let immediately each one is finished at
