Oh how cynical.....
The small bag is dessicant ie silica gel to remove damp from the MCB Board
The 'loop' on the front of the meter is for supporting an umbrella to stop it falling over and hitting the board. If it did fall over then the dessicant would remove the ensuing damp, simples. Always look at the bigger picture................. :coat
