they are perfectly acceptable for continued use …. See my earlier post with the screen shot from the Napit webiner
Even after September type AC will still be accepted under BS7671 it is the circumstances in which they are employed that must be satisfied.

Is the blinding cumulative or just temporary depending upon what is connected to the circuitSo a more regular measured trip test should pick up that the rcd is beginning to become blinded.
